WILDWOOD – Wildwood Police officers are seeking help in identifying and locating a woman who allegedly stole items from Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming located at 3682 Meggison Road in the Brownwood section of The Villages.

The woman, pictured above wearing capri pants, a green and white striped shirt, and white jacket was seen on video surveillance taking items from the store Friday night according to the store owner, Beth Whitcomb.

Saturday morning I arrived at the store and noted an item I had been watching was missing. I checked inventory and it was still entered so I knew someone had taken it,” said Whitcomb in an email to Central Florida Wire.

At that time, Whitcomb checked her video surveillance footage for Friday night and found the above-pictured woman browsing the store “taking things”.

Whitcomb posted the suspect’s photo on her Facebook fan page in hopes of locating the suspect and asking anyone who may recognize the woman or have any information as to her identity or whereabouts to call the store at (352)775-4654 or the Wildwood Police Department at (352)330-1355.
