Police Search for Suspect in Groveland Dollar General Robbery

GROVELAND — Police are searching for a single suspect that robbed a Dollar General at 108 West Broad Street in Groveland.

The event took place on October 5 around 10 p.m. The store employees informed local police that the suspect came into their store during closing procedures with a gun. The robber then demanded that the employees give him money from the register.

The suspect’s face was not seen due to it being covered, but he has been identified as a short Hispanic or Caucasian male. The man in question is believed to be in his 20’s, and no sketch has yet to be completed during this investigation.
