Peyton Grinnell Wins Lake County Sheriff

TAVARES – Lake County will get its new Sheriff after tonight’s election.

According to voting results from the Lake County Supervisor of Elections, Peyton Grinnell has been elected as the new Lake County Sheriff with 67.47% of the votes beating opponent Charles “Chuck” Broadway by 55,422 votes.

Charles “Chuck” Broadway – 51,607 votes (32.53%)
