BUSHNELL – The Sumter County Youth and Adult Soccer Club is looking for new members to register to play in their all-new adult soccer league this upcoming season.

The club, which is a non-profit organization, was originally founded in 1998 as a way to bring soccer to kids of Sumter County.

The new adult league was officially founded on January 19 earlier this year.

“Our goal is to provide a soccer program for our adults in the region who would like to continue playing soccer and be outside staying fit,” said Patrick Gross, a spokesman for the club.

Registrations for the new league are open now and will remain open until all necessary spots are filled for the Spring season which begins on January 13 and runs until March 3.

Anyone who would like to register to play can do so by visiting the club’s online registration page.
