Mount Dora Prepares for 43rd Annual Arts Festival

MOUNT DORA — Mount Dora is preparing for its 43rd Annual Arts Festival that will feature over 285 nationally acclaimed artists displaying dozens of art mediums.

Along with artists, the festival will also include vendors, musical entertainment, and a kid’s art zone. Businesses in the historic downtown Mount Dora area will also be open and partaking in the festivities displaying some of their own products and services as well as offering great deals to visitors as they stroll through the festival.

The festival, which is ranked number 7 from the Sunshine Artists for Best Fine Arts Festival in the nation, will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 3rd and continue until 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 4th.

The annual festival attracts tens of thousands of visitors from all over the United States and has become one of the largest events hosted in Mount Dora along with the city’s Annual Seafood Festival.
