American Legion Hosts Free BBQ Event to Celebrate New Location

LAKE PANASOFFKEE – The American Legion Post 52 is opening its doors to their new location in Lake Panasoffkee and want to celebrate with a free BBQ event open to the public.

The post, formerly located in downtown Leesburg, recently moved to their new building located at 2287 North CR 470 in Lake Panasoffkee across from Mo’s Family Restaurant.

To kick off the new venue, Legion Members will host their Grand Opening Bash on December 3rd from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The event will be open to the general public and will include free hot dogs, hamburgers, polish sausages, baked beans, potato salad, pasta salad, and refreshments.

The new location is family friendly so people of all ages are invited and welcome.

Since parking is limited, guests are asked to carpool if possible.

To ensure enough food is provided, please RSVP on their Facebook Event found HERE.
