Deputies Seek Help to Identify Lady Lake Robbery Suspect

LADY LAKE — Sumter County deputies are seeking help in identifying a suspect who robbed a gaming business in Lady Lake on Saturday.

According to deputies, the suspect knocked on the door of Go Bananas located on U.S. Highway 301 in Lady Lake and requested to come in to play games.

When an employee opened the door, the suspect walked behind the employee with a stun gun pressing the gun’s trigger to cause it to spark and demanded that the employee put all of the money in a bag that the suspect brought with him.

The employee told deputies that the suspect threatened to kill her if she did not comply.
