Sumter County Deputies seek to identify two theft suspects from the Bushnell WalMart

BUSHNELL – Sumter County Deputies are seeking help in identifying and locating two suspects who are accused of leaving the Wal-Mart in Bushnell with close to $600 in unpaid merchandise.

According to detectives, two suspects entered the store located at 2163 West County 48 in Bushnell on November 9th on two separate trips between 9:13 am and 9:31 am.

The suspect pictured above in the yellow and blue shirt was caught on video surveillance selecting items such as cold medicine, countertop kitchen appliances, and electric scooters and leaving the store without paying. The total estimated value of the items stolen is $567.94.


The suspect was seen with the second suspect pictured above in a peach-colored outfit. The second suspect was seen paying for her items, however, they both got in the same vehicle and left the store after the first suspect had left with the  unpaid merchandise.

Video surveillance shows the suspects leaving in a 1996 Ford Crown Victoria with a license plate that is registered to a Dade City man. Detectives have been unable to reach the registered owner of the vehicle for questioning.
